Introducing the 2016 CADORA Board of Directors

The recent CADORA Annual General Meeting held October 3, 2015 in Vankleek Hill, Ontario introduced the 2016 Board of Directors to the membership. 

CADORA is pleased to welcome new director:

CADORA welcomes back returning directors: 

Don Barnes (ON) – President, Omnibus Editor
Claire Vessey (BC) – 1st & Western Vice-President
Suzanne Wallace (BC) – Director, Honorary Secretary
David Rosensweig (QC) – Treasurer, National Clinic Coordinator

The board is also assisted by:

Judith Pineault (ON)  – Technical Advisor/Awards Coordinator
Sheila Skene (BC) – Advertising Coordinator

 

The Board looks forward to the year ahead, and gives sincere thanks to outgoing Board members Elizabeth Quigg and Heather Cormie for their dedicated service.  

“An updated website in 2015 was just the first step in moving the organization ahead to acquire and serve more members nationally,” said returning president, Don Barnes. “We are working on new initiatives to enhance our relevance to grass roots dressage riders.”

Cadora Inc. is a national, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development of dressage in Canada. CADORA Inc. (CAnadian Dressage Owners and Riders  Association) was incorporated April 1st 1969. CADORA Inc. is managed on a volunteer basis by its members and a Board of Directors elected yearly by the membership from each of the provinces. It is an officially affiliated member of Equine Canada.
